Why sell with us

Real projects, real budgets, a fair go.

AutomationFinder exists to help Australian businesses automate with confidence. That only works if good sellers are easy to find — and get a fair shot at the work.

Qualified briefs

Buyers arrive with a scoped requirement, not a vague enquiry. You can see what’s actually needed before you invest time in it.

Fair competition

Everyone quotes on the same brief in the same template, and buyer answers are shared with every participant. You compete on capability, not access.

Live market visibility

See Australian automation demand as it appears — which sectors are moving, what they’re trying to solve and where your capability fits.

Peak-body backing

AutomationFinder is an initiative of Robotics Australia Group, so your listing sits behind Australia’s peak body for robotics and automation.

How listing works

Four steps from listing to winning the work.

Listing and quoting run on our partner platform, HowToRobot. You create your profile once, then respond to the briefs that suit you.

1

Create your listing

Set up your profile — capabilities, technologies, industries and where you operate.

2

Get matched to briefs

When a buyer’s brief matches what you do, it’s put in front of you.

3

Respond & quote

Register interest, ask questions through the platform and submit your concept and budgetary quote.

4

Win the project

Shortlisted sellers are invited to firm proposals — then you deal with the buyer directly.

600+ automation projects have been delivered globally through the platform — for Fortune 500s and small job shops alike.

Common questions

Seller FAQ

What does it cost to list?

Seller plans are set and confirmed at sign-up on HowToRobot, so you’ll see the current options before you commit to anything. If you’d rather talk it through first, email our team.

Which suppliers can join?

Suppliers who genuinely deliver automation — integrators, machine builders, robot and component suppliers, software vendors, distributors and service providers. Listings are vetted, which is what makes the network worth being in.

How are we matched to projects?

Matching is based on the capabilities, technologies, industries and locations in your profile. The more accurately you describe what you do, the more relevant the briefs you see.

Who sees our quotes?

The buyer. Quotes are submitted through the platform in a standard template so the buyer can compare fairly — they aren’t published to competing sellers.

Do we deal with the buyer directly?

Yes. The platform structures the brief, the Q&A and the quotes. Once you’re shortlisted, the conversation and the contract are between you and the buyer.
